1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful or harmful manner
• Modify, distribute, or reproduce the App’s content or code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App’s operation
• Use the App to collect data about other individuals

We reserve the right to update or discontinue the App at any time.

2. User Content & Camera Usage

The App allows you to use your device’s camera to scan menu items for recognition and translation.

• Photos captured through the App are processed locally on the device unless otherwise stated.
• We do not store or upload your photos.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the content you scan does not violate any third-party rights.

3. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (“Credits”) to unlock certain features.

• All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• We do not collect or store any payment information.
• Purchases are final and subject to Apple’s refund policies.
• You are responsible for managing your subscription or purchase settings through your Apple ID.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses trusted third-party services such as:

• Firebase Analytics (for anonymous usage statistics)
• Firebase Crashlytics (for crash reports)
• Apple In-App Purchase APIs

These providers may process anonymous technical data according to their own privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of translations or recognition results
• Continuous availability of the App
• That the App will be error-free or bug-free

Use the App at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
• We are not responsible for damages related to incorrect recognition, translation errors, or purchasing decisions made based on the App’s output.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

7. Updates & Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for any reason, including:

• violation of these Terms
• illegal usage
• harmful behavior

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.
